The Gymnastics tournament of the Ruhr Games is a team competition and is aimed exclusively at team athletes and ambitious, competitive athletes as well as ambitious sports club athletes (year categories 2002 – -2005 and 1996-2001). A team can consist of 3 to 6 athletes. Starting authorization is generally granted for all national and international sports clubs. To be able to participate in the competitions, a valid Start Pass is required, which must be presented at the competitions.

If you haven't received an invitation for the Ruhr Games tournament from the Westphalian Gymnastics Association, you have an opportunity to make an application to participate in the tournament. The Westphalian Gymnastics Association will decide about the eligibility of the teams. Only 8 teams per age group are going to be approved. A deciding factor for approval is the order of the binding registrations, that are made before the registration deadline. A response from the Association will be sent out, when all the following specifications are completely filled. The registration deadline is on 12.05.2017.
